Please visit our amazing pet care team at our nearby location at Deer Creek Animal Hospital or Carefree Pet Resort for your pets’ veterinarian, daycare, grooming, boarding, training or retail needs. In addition, we are happy to introduce you to our Deer Creek Practice manager, Katrina Krogman and our Carefree Pet Resort General Manager, Kea Warren, who are looking forward to meeting you and your pets. Dr. Lieberman is also now available for all your veterinary appointments are our Deer Creek Animal Hospital location.

All reservations after that date can be transferred to another Exceptional Pets or nearby location, such as our Deer Creek Animal Hospital or Carefree Pet Resort. We will be contacting any client with a future reservation to support them in this transition.
Yes, if you are not able to transfer to one of our nearby locations that can honor your daycare or boarding package, we will refund the remainder of your package no later than December 1st. Please contact the center for further details.

For any pet parents that will be moving to our Deer Creek Animal Hospital or our Carefree Pet Resort, we will be transferring your records upon your request.
